Active Care Rehab (AC) is an evidence-based rehabilitation program designed to improve your level of function. It is similar to personal training where the client is working with a professional, however in this case their program would be governed by a chiropractor or physiotherapist in a gym setting. An active care program is rehabilitation for an injury that a client has that leaves them unable to perform daily activities at their optimal level.

Active Care Rehab involves regaining strength, endurance, and functional ability through stretching, treatment, and therapeutic exercise.

*In order for a client to potentially qualify for Active Care Rehab, you must have an Initial Chiropractic or Physiotherapy assessment.
