Dr. Craig McNamee, BSC Hons (KIN), DC, ART®, CSCS
Founder, Chiropractor, Strength/Conditioning Specialist, Active Release Techniques Provider, Medical Acupuncture Practitioner, Mobility Specialist
With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Dr. Craig McNamee’s vision has evolved. With his diverse background, Craig is able to utilize a variety of techniques to unleash his client’s ultimate potential. He feels with proper education, motivation and communication, he can guide his clientele towards optimal health one-step at a time.
Craig believes in accountability. This partnership focused on the overall health outcome is the difference. He uses this method of guiding others to focus on their health and, if need be, make behavioural changes in order to thrive.
Seeing firsthand the benefit of employing Active Release Techniques® Soft Tissue Treatment (ART®), Medical Acupuncture, and his strength and conditioning certification, Dr. McNamee is able to re-align the body utilizing its connective tissue system. He employs this unique skill set in order to maximize his client’s success and take their healthcare to the next level.

Dr. Jonathan Perry, DC, fRCMS

Dr. Jonathon Perry has an extensive background in the health and wellness industry dating back to a young age where he developed a strong appreciation for athletic training. He later studied Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan, eventually moving to Toronto to attend the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he completed his Doctorate in 2017. In addition, he has taken numerous certifications/courses to augment his practice including Functional Integrated acupuncture, FRC, DNS, AMA, and FAT tools. In the past, he has also worked as a sideline medic for sports teams, including football, hockey, and basketball.
Dr. Perry has been practicing at Catalyst Health for 6 years and has been the clinic operations manager since 2021. He believes in developing a comprehensive personalized treatment plan for each patient to not only help with their painful symptoms but to help them become more resilient and get back to their favorite activities. He feels that exercise and activity are crucial to one’s overall health and will work with patients to achieve their individual goals and maximize their potential.
In his spare time, you can often catch him at the gym either training or practicing what he preaches to patients. He also enjoys golfing, cycling, exploring the city, watching a good movie/show, and spending time with his wife and friends.
Dr. Kaileigh Mapson, DC, BSC Hons (KIN)
Chiropractor, Women’s health, Pre-and post-natal focus, Integrated Dry Needling Certified, TMJ (Jaw) Pain Therapy, Strength/Conditioning specialist
Dr. Kaileigh has over 8 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Kaileigh uses her chiropractic knowledge and experience as a personal trainer to combine the best care for all of her clients to reach their goals. Kaileigh has a special focus in injury rehab, sports training, pregnancy and post-natal care and TMJ jaw pain. As a chiropractor, Kaileigh uses soft tissue therapy, myofascial release techniques, spinal manipulation therapy and acupuncture to help her patients feel better and move out of pain.
Kaileigh has a diversified background playing competitive sports like soccer, field hockey and figure skating growing up. She also has a new found love for running and is currently training for a half marathon. She likes to incorporate her knowledge of sports and injury rehab to help all life athletes be able to make every performance their personal best. When she isn't in the gym, Kaileigh is hiking or taking a reformer pilates class and in the winter, she enjoys going back to BC for snowboarding!
Kaileigh's goal is for all her clients to move more, move out of pain and feel empowered. She may get you on the death bike or make you do split squats occasionally but, at least she'll always be in the gym with a smile on her face to greet you for each session!
Dr. Erika Caldwell, DC, BASc

Dr. Erika brings a unique blend of athletic experience and treatment techniques to her practice. As a former member of the National Taekwondo team, Erika understands the demands placed on athletes' bodies and the importance of peak performance. With extensive experience providing on-field care for various sports teams including rugby, football, hockey, and soccer, Erika has developed a comprehensive approach to injury rehabilitation which employs a diverse range of treatment modalities, including: Exercise Rehabilitation, Neurofunctional Acupuncture, Soft-Tissue Therapy, Functional Range Conditioning, Chiropractic Adjustments and Spinal Manipulative Therapy, Cupping Therapy, and Athletic Taping.
Erika believes that everyone deserves personalized care that addresses their unique needs, which is why she emphasizes looking beyond symptoms to uncover what’s truly impacting performance. Being passionate about empowering patients to overcome injuries and reach their full potential, Erika specializes in treating active individuals of all ages. Her unique background as both a competitive athlete and clinician allows her to provide personalized care that addresses the specific needs of each patient.
Tyler Ottolino, Msc PT, BA (Kin)
Physiotherapist, golfer assessments, Titleist performance institute (TPI) level 1, functional range conditioning mobility specialist, dry needling
Tyler is a physiotherapist passionate about helping people recover from injuries and improve their movement. Tyler enjoys staying active with exercise like running, weightlifting, golf, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Being active allows Tyler to understand the demands of exercise and being an athlete. Tyler strives to provide tailored education, treatment, and rehabilitation exercise programming to prevent and manage injuries that present themselves in our busy and active lives.
Tyler utilizes a variety of treatments including acupuncture, dry needling, taping, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). Tyler has experience working with golfers at all skill levels and he is a Certified Level 1 health professional through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) which he uses in his physiotherapy sessions to help golfers optimize their performance and prevent injuries through a movement screening process.
Tyler’s treatment approach emphasizes active rehabilitation, encouraging clients to take an active role in their recovery. Tyler’s goal is to help everyone he works with feel stronger, move better, and get back to doing what they love.
