Lindsay Fein
Client Relations Manager
As the Client Relations Manager, Lindsay is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at Catalyst and building positive relationships with clients.
Lindsay graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Applied Human Nutrition where she also completed a Certificate in Business. She embodies a holistic approach to health and is also trained as an Intuitive Eating Counsellor, Trauma-Informed Practitioner, as well as Breathwork Facilitator. Early on, Lindsay adopted a healthy lifestyle which inspired her to start a career in the health and wellness industry.
Lindsay has a warm and kind personality and brings a diverse background in client relations, fitness and health, leadership, event planning, social media and business development. She is excited to be a part of the Catalyst team and community!
Theodora Karic
Customer Service Representative
Theodora graduated from Ryerson’s Ted Rogers School of Business Management with a Bachelor of Commerce. Theodora studied both Human Resource management and Business Law. Throughout her years in school she had participated in various sports team and committees, those being Track and Field, Tennis and the Diversity and Inclusion committee.
Theodora’s decade long experience in customer service and various industries has allowed her to fit in perfectly with the Catalyst Team.
Megan Donaghy-Hughes, BSC, ND (In PRogress)
Customer Service Representative
Megan is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). She was drawn to this field by her deep interest in proactive and preventative healthcare. Megan hopes to use her education to empower future patients to optimize their health and performance, viewing stress as a critical mediator and intervention point in an individual’s wellness journey.
In her personal life, Megan finds joy in activities that nurture her well-being, such as exercising, practicing mindfulness, spending time in nature, and immersing herself in music through singing and playing the piano. She is thrilled to join the interdisciplinary team at Catalyst Health and looks forward to being a part of the Catalyst community.
