Dr. Adam Reynolds has been involved in the health and wellness industry, in one way or another, for a decade. While attending the University of Western Ontario taking Health Science, he began working as a personal trainer and started making a difference in people’s lives through exercise. This inspired him to take his education and training to the next level.

Dr. Reynolds went on to graduate school to become a Chiropractor at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Along this process, he became a certified strength and conditioning specialist (C.S.C.S.), through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. After attaining his Doctor of Chiropractic, he started practicing and training clients of all fitness levels in Yorkville with goals ranging from losing 10 pounds and feeling more confident at work to being able to stay strong and injury free for a full NHL season. Adam has been working within the Florida Panthers hockey system, in the role as a strength and conditioning coach.

Adam is a certified golf fitness instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute as well as an Active Release Techniques Provider. He has recently become an ambassador for LuluLemon Cumberland, where he leads group classes and runs to help promote healthy lifestyle choices in Yorkville.

Dr. Adam Reynolds’ ultimate goal is to raise the well-being in the community where he lives and works. Adam works to try and deliver a personalized service to help people reach their intention. Catalyst Health is the end product of all the above. A place where clients can initiate a lifestyle change and empower themselves.
